Introduction of Hex Bolt
The inside hex bolt head is round on the outside and concave in the middle, and the hex bolt is the common kind of hexagonal head with hex edges. The inner hex screwdriver looks like `7′. Cut two segments of the hex steel bar into 90 degrees bending to form an inner hex bolt wrench.
Internal hex bolt is often used in machinery. It has the advantages of easy tightening, disassembly and not easy sliding angle. The inner hexagonal wrench is usually a 90 degree turning, one end of the bend is long and one side is short. When screwing with the short side, holding the long side of the hand can save a lot of force and tighten the screw better. The long end is divided into a round head (hexagonal cylinder is similar to a sphere) and a flat head. The round head can be easily obliquely inserted and disassembled, and some inconvenient parts of the wrench can be installed. The manufacturing cost of the outer hexagon is much lower than that of the inner hexagon. Its advantage is that the screw head (where the wrench is stressed) is thinner than the inner hexagon. In some places, it can not be replaced by the inner hexagon. In addition, the internal hexagonal screw is much less than the external hexagonal screw in the machinery with low cost, low dynamic strength and low precision requirements.
Introduction of Hex Bolt
Socket cap screw, also known as socket screw or Allen bolt, is a screw with a hexagonal hole in the head. It can be tightened or loosened only after it is inserted into the hole with a hex key (Allen wrench or Allen key). The most common type of inner hexagonal screw is the cylindrical head screw. The diameter of the head is about 1.5 times of the main diameter of the thread. Other head shapes include the Bottom head cap screw and countersunk head cap screw for tapered screw holes. The sinking hole design allows the screw head to rotate without exposing on the surface of the fixed object, so it is mostly used in places where the surface is small and the traditional board hand is inconvenient to use.
