Hot-dip Galvanized Bolts

The technological process of hot-dip galvanized bolts is as follows: pickling, washing, adding auxiliary plating solution, drying, hanging plating, cooling, medicating, cleaning, grinding and hot galvanizing.

Hot dip galvanized hexagon bolt is an effective metal anti-corrosion method, which is mainly used in metal structure facilities of various industries. After rust removal, the bolts are immersed in molten zinc at about 500 ℃ to make the surface of screws and nuts adhere to zinc layer, so as to achieve the purpose of anti-corrosion. The zinc coating is relatively firm.

Generally speaking, there is no need to heat for cold galvanizing, and the amount of zinc plating is very small. This kind of galvanized parts are easy to fall off in wet environment.
