The following problems should be paid attention to in the construction of high strength bolts:
(1) Surface rust, oil stain, burr and weld bead on bolt hole wall shall be cleaned.
(2) After treatment, the contact friction surface shall meet the requirements of anti scratch coefficient. The high-strength bolts used shall be matched with nuts and washers, which shall be used as a complete set and shall not be interchanged.
(3) The friction surface of the treated components shall not be stained with oil, soil and other impurities during installation.
(4) During installation, the friction surface of the components shall be kept dry and shall not be operated in the rain.
(5) Check and correct the deformation of the connected steel plate before installation.
(6) During installation, it is forbidden to hammer into the bolt to prevent the bolt thread from being damaged.
(7) When using, the electric wrench should be inspected regularly to ensure the accuracy of torque and operate according to the correct tightening sequence.
Attention should be paid to these problems in the construction of high strength bolts.
