The processing technology of blackened hexagon bolt is divided into three kinds: low temperature blackening, high temperature blackening and optical extinction blackening.
1. Low temperature blackening
The product quality of low temperature blackening process of hexagon bolt is better than that of the same industry, the blackening film of the processed workpiece is firm, the bonding force is good, the oil seal is dark, and the wear resistance is certain. It conforms to the national standard GB / t15519, but it can’t compete with high temperature.
2. High temperature blackening
Hexagon bolt has excellent blackening effect at high temperature, good corrosion resistance, wear resistance, very firm binding force of blackening film, and the surface of processed workpiece has wear resistance, antifriction, abrasion resistance, seizure resistance, fatigue resistance, corrosion resistance and self-lubricating properties.
3. Optical extinction blackening
The technology of optical extinction and blackening for hexagon bolt is a special method to make the workpiece get matte and non reflective black oxide film. The blackening film has strong adhesion, firmness, no hanging ash and good wear resistance.
