Eyebolts Technical Requirements
Eyebolts shall be made of 20 or 25 steel (GB699).
The eyebolts must be integrally forged. Forgings should be normalized and the scale removed. The grain size of the finished product should not be lower than Grade 5 (GB6394), and the forgings should not have over-burning or crack defects.
In order to ensure the anchored lifting ring, the material is applied with the light round steel bar of HPB300. When the specification of the tensile load capacity is calculated, it can be taken according to the double cross-sectional area, and the tensile strength design value is limited to 50Mpa (ie 50N/mm2).
