High strength galvanized bolts can be divided into high-strength hot-dip galvanized bolt and high-strength cold-dip galvanized bolt according to different production processes. Generally, hot-dip galvanized bolts are used a little more, because the cold-dip will drop after a long time. Surface treatment of high strength galvanized bolts is generally based on customer requirements, the commonly used thickness is between 5-8 um. The difference between hot and cold plating is as follows:
High-strength hot-dip galvanized bolt, also known as hot-dip galvanized bolt, is a method of forming a layer of zinc coating on the surface of the workpiece by immersing the bolt into the galvanized bath which is heated and melted beforehand after decreasing and rusting.
High strength cold galvanized bolt is also after decreasing, rust removal, showing a stainless, infiltrating workpiece hanging on the cathode in a special electroplating bath, zinc for the anode. Connecting the DC power supply, the zinc ion on the anode migrates to the cathode, and discharges on the cathode, so that the workpiece is coated with zinc.
