First of all, the bolts are packaged after galvanizing. Reasonable packaging can reduce the probability of rust and prolong the service life. When packaging, the box made of galvanized iron sheet metal is selected, and some dryers are put in it to absorb the moisture in the box and keep the box dry.
Phosphate treatment can form a protective film on the surface of the bolt through chemical treatment. Phosphate has excellent tightness. It is often used as the bottom layer of the bolt and the metal layer of coating cold adsorption lubricant.
In addition, in the process of zinc plating, impurities should be avoided as far as possible. The zinc plating bath should be cleaned regularly to remove the metal magazine, filter the plating solution and organic impurities, and use relatively pure water for processing.
After processing, the high-strength hot-dip galvanized bolts should be placed in a ventilated and dry place, and should not be stacked next to damp, acid-base chemicals, flammable and explosive gases.
