1. Excellent corrosion resistance. In the salt spray test, the UN etched zinc coating will corrode 1 μ m ~ 3 μ m thick rainbow colored film in 10 hours and wear out in 200 hours. The corrosion resistance of Dacromet treated metal surface is about 10 times higher than that of traditional metal surface treatment, and the salt spray test can reach more than 1000 hours. 2. Excellent heat and corrosion resistance. The curing temperature of Dacromet anti-corrosion film is about 300 ℃, so the appearance of the surface metal film remains unchanged even if it is exposed to high temperature for a long time.
3. Excellent surface high permeability. After Dacromet treatment, the metal parts can also form a film in the tiny gap, and the anti-corrosion coating with good deep permeability.
