Embedded nuts are copper nuts made of various embossed wires. Embedded nuts we come into contact with are processed by precision automatic lathes.
The main operation mode of embedded knurled copper nuts is injection moulding and embedding after heating.
If the melting point of PA/NYLOY/PET is above 200 C, the temperature of the embedded nut increases rapidly after being hot melted into the plastic part. After injection molding, the plastic body rapidly cools and crystallizes and hardens. If the temperature of the embedded nut is still at high temperature, it is possible to pour it into the copper nut and the plastic part. Plastic parts begin to loosen or crack where they come into contact. Therefore, copper nuts are used instead of carbon steel nuts in the injection moulding of embedded nuts.
Embedded copper nut’s external thread knurling has two ways to form, one is to use copper raw material after drawing forming in the upper equipment for production, generally this way of drawing pattern for straight lines, the other is to use smooth copper material directly in the production process while tapping and embossing, this processing method can produce one. Some non-standard size of knurled copper nuts, embossed with copper nuts embossing shape can be selected by users, such as mesh, eight-character embossing, herringbone embossing and other patterns.
